Rwanda Energy Group (REG) has won a trophy during the service Excellence Award ceremony which took place on Saturday 06th October 2018 at Lemigo Hotel.
Among the 40 categories that were awarded, REG was crowned as the best energy service provider in Rwanda.
The Chief Executive Officer who was present at the event said that this award is a pride for all the staff and management of REG and that they all will keep striving for excellence in service provision.
“We are grateful to see that our efforts to improve our service delivery are giving positive results. We promise the Rwandan public that we shall keep delivering better services. There are many strategies being implemented to even improve more the quality of our services in the future” he said.
